Last Call for Super Mario Bros 35 and Super Mario 3D All-Stars

Two Mario games are about to be gone for good. As a reminder, Nintendo will pull both Super Mario Bros 35 and Super Mario 3D All-Stars from the Switch eShop on March 31, 2021. Physical copies of the latter will no longer be restocked after that date as well.

With Super Mario Bros 35, that means a total end of access to the game. After the cut-off date, the game itself will cease to function. Which means people temporarily have a chance to get a last few battle royale matches in the original Super Mario Bros. in.

As for Super Mario 3D All-Stars, the cut-off means it will no longer be available to buy. People who bought a digital or physical copy will be able to play it as usual. Those who went through the eShop for it will also still be able to redownload it if needed.

Also, don’t forget that these aren’t the only two games about to disappear or become scarce. Fire Emblem: Shadow Dragon & the Blade of Light will also go away. It has a March 31, 2021 deadline too. However, if you do have the physical Anniversary Edition of it, you can still redeem that code from it in the eShop after the cut-off date.

Super Mario Bros 35 and Super Mario Bros 3D All-Stars are both available in the eShop for the Nintendo Switch until March 31, 2021. Physical copies of the latter will be available until they sell out in stores and won’t be restocked.
