Square Enix has two new figures up for pre-order from TWEWY, Neku and Shiki. Both budget models reflect the characters’ depictions in The World Ends With You: The Animation. Both figures will release in September 2021, costing fans $24.99 each.
Square Enix is timing the announcement of its two new models with the recent release of The World Ends With You: The Animation. Both the TWEWY Shiki figure and Neku figure will be just under nine inches tall and six inches wide. Additionally, Square Enix provided some in-development photos of the models from multiple angles. Although Shiki and Mr. Mew do not feature color in the images, Square Enix clarified that the final figures paint will look like their depiction in the anime.
The World Ends With You series is seeing a big surge in popularity recently. An anime based on the first game began airing in April 2021. Additionally, a new video game titled NEO: The World Ends With You will release on Switch, PS4, and PC on July 27, 2021. Those who love their physical goodies can check out the stacked limited edition that even comes with a Mr. Mew plush.
The TWEWY figures of Neku and Shiki will release in September 2021. Pre-orders are now live on Square Enix’s online store.
