Hades Will Head to Xbox Game Pass, PS4, and PS5 in August

Hades is heading to the Xbox Game Pass subscription service in August. This information was revealed during the Xbox E3 2021 conference. However, the official Supergiant Games Twitter account also revealed that Hades will arrive on PS4 and PS5 on August 13, 2021 alongside its arrival on the Xbox Game Pass service.

The conference also released a reveal trailer. This trailer focuses on the gameplay aspects of the award winning title, along with its stylish visuals and various levels. You can watch the Hades PS4, PS5, and Xbox Game Pass announcement trailer below.

Additionally, consumers will have the opportunity to purchase physical editions of the game. Private Division will handle the production of the physical release of Hades for these versions. Pre-orders are now available.

Hades originally released to Early Access in December 2018. Since the beginning of its development, Supergiant Games rolled out several updates, which added more weapons, levels, and romance routes into the title. In September 2020, the title fully released for PC. Eventually, cross save between the PC and Nintendo Switch versions of Hades was implemented some months later.

Hades is immediately available for PC and Nintendo Switch, with PS4, PS5 versions releasing on August 13, 2021. Additionally, the game will be available through the Xbox Game Pass service on the same date as well.
