NieR Reincarnation Will Release as Planned

After a brief bit of uncertainty, Square Enix announced that NieR Reincarnation will release as planned on July 28, 2021. On July 27, 2021, the company noted that it might be slightly delayed. It cited the ongoing app review process as a possible cause. However, it now servers will open as expected later today.

The announcement also included the predownload alert. While the servers for NieR Reincarnation aren’t live yet, the game did release on various app stores. People can download it ahead of launch and prepare to play.

The official account also announced the company will be giving away additional in-game bonuses if people find hidden words in certain pieces of countdown art. Since the hidden word “atone” was found in the Prosthetic Hunter art, people will get the following rewards if they log in before August 2, 2021.

NieR Reincarnation will release and its servers will open for Android and Apple iOS devices worldwide on July 28, 2021. It is immediately available in Japan.
