JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean Will Release on Netflix Globally in December 2021

JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean will release globally on Netflix in December 2021. In a special live stream, David Production also announced the upcoming season’s cast, a teaser trailer, and new official key art. Additionally, it updated the portal website.

The upcoming fifth season launches exclusively on Netflix starting December 2021. That’s a month before the official broadcast on Japanese television, which will start in January 2022. Titled Stone Ocean, the series will follow protagonist Jolyne Cujoh. She is sent to prison in Florida after being involved in a car accident.

David Production confirmed that veteran voice actor Daisuke Ono is reprising his role as Jotaro. Daisuke Namikawa, who is Choso in Jujutsu Kaisen and Sekiro from Sekiro: Shadows Die Twice, is voicing Narciso Anasui. Weather Report, whose name is listed as “Weather Forecast”, is voiced by Goblin Slayer‘s Yuichiro Umehara, and Foo Fighters by Hunter X Hunter‘s Mariya Ise.

JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: Stone Ocean will release globally on Netflix in December 2021. Following that, it will air on Japanese television starting January 2022. The anime doesn’t yet have a specific release date.
