A handful of messages are available, with the option to cycle through the messages located on the bottom right-hand corner of the “My Wish” portion of the webpage. The wishes will be engraved on building physical building blocks that will appear on a Paimon block sculpture. The location of the sculpture will be revealed at a later date. Additionally, only one wish can be sent per-account. There is currently no further information regarding any other first anniversary related events in Genshin Impact.
