Another NIS America RPG will be out next year. The The Cruel King and the Great Hero release date falls in March 2022 in North America and Europe. First, it will appear on the PS4 and Switch in North America on March 1, 2022. Then, Europe will get it a few days later on March 4, 2022. The company also offered a better look at how it works.
The new The Cruel King and the Great Hero video is primarily about gameplay. However, it does set up the story a bit. Players follow Yuu. All Yuu wants to be a hero like her dad. Her foster father, the Demon King, wants to help her with it. But the thing is, he is… well, a demon king. And he’s the person who once her father’s rival.
From there, we get to see how it works. First, there’s a look at how items can help. Then, it shows how players can equip weapons, armor, and accessories. From there, we see how a battle will work. After that, we see Yuu interact with people and find treasures in the world.
The Cruel King and the Great Hero North American release date is March 1, 2021. It will appear on March 4, 2022 in Europe. It will come to the Nintendo Switch and PS4. It is immediately available in Japan.
