We always knew the Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid game would appear in English. Now we know more about who is handling it and when it will appear. Aksys is handling Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid: Burst Forth!! Choro-gon Breath outside Japan. It announced a Summer 2022 release window for the PS4 and Switch game. Aksys didn’t note if it will be available both digitally and physically yet.
In Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid: Burst Forth!! Choro-gon Breath, players help Miss Kobayashi, Tohru, Kanna, and Elma escape from a PC. This means going through scrolling stages and attacking enemies. The titular Choro-gon Bretah is there as a special attack, as is a Raging Spark. Depending on how you do, you can earn multiple endings.
There’s no English footage of the Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid game yet. However, a new trailer appeared alongside its Japanese debut. It showed a little bit of the shoot’em up and some of its event scenes. Those are Memorial Pieces you earn by playing. Each one calls back to the original series.
The Miss Kobayashi’s Dragon Maid: Burst Forth!! Choro-gon Breath game will in Summer 2022. It will be available on the Nintendo Switch and PS4. It is immediately available in Japan. The anime is streaming on Crunchyroll.
