The Legend of Mana: The Teardrop Crystal Anime Trailer, Release Window Appears

There is a new Legend of Mana: The Teardrop Crystal anime trailer. It confirmed that the show will cover the game’s Jumi arc. This meant three major characters from the series’ depiction were revealed. All three also appear in the new key art. This comes ahead of the show’s 2022 debut, which was also recently confirmed. To help remind people what’s going on, the Jumi are a race of characters in Legend of Mana who have precious stones in their chests. Their names also refer to the one that makes up their core. (So for example Elazul is Lapis Lazuli.) During the course of the game and its anime adaptation, someone is targeting Jumi to attack and destroy their cores. If someone’s core is damaged, they could be permanently altered or killed. In Legend of Mana, there is a situation in which someone is targeting Jumi and their stones.

The trailer also revealed voice actors for three major characters from both the Legend of Mana game and anime. The main character will be the male version of the avatar, Shiloh. He’ll be voiced by Nobunaga Shimazaki. The Jumi Knight Elazul and Pearl, the Guardian he’s protecting, will appear too. Yuichiro Umehara will play Elazul. Kaori Nazuka is Pearl.
