Matano not only said JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: All-Star Battle R will not offering rollback netcode. In the FAQs, he also noted that “there are no plans to implement it at this time.”

Finally, Matano talked about things added and removed. He noted that the original story mode and campaign are gone. Instead, he mentioned All-Star Battle, Team Battle, and Tournament modes are there instead. So are six new fighters and moveset additions like assist attacks and the Stylish Guard.

In terms of frame rate, almost every console will be at 60fps. The only one that won’t is the Switch. It will be locked in at 30fps. The PS5, Xbox One X, and Xbox Series X are the three consoles that will all also display it in 4K.

JoJo’s Bizarre Adventure: All-Star Battle R will appear on September 2, 2022. It will be available on the Nintendo Switch, PlayStation 4, PlayStation 5, Xbox One, Xbox Series X, and PC. The PS4 and PS5 demo is available to play June 16-22, 2022.
