Director and Producer Naoki Yoshida confirmed more Tataru’s Grand Endeavor, Somehow Further Hildibrand Adventures, and Tales of Newfound Adventure quests will appear in FFXIV 6.3. The new Tataru’s Grand Endeavor and Tales of Newfound Adventure updates didn’t have an additional patch details regarding them, which means they should be there when 6.3 arrives. However, people will need to wait until 6.35 for the Hildibrand story to continue.
There’s only one Tales of Newfound Adventure quest so far. Shadowed Pasts launched in 6.2. That first part of the story tasked the Warrior of Light with gathering voidsent together with one a Radiant Scout found.
Meanwhile, this should mark the third FFXIV Tataru’s Grand Endeavor quest. The first appeared in 6.15 with Small Business, Big Dreams. That introduced the character and her goal of establishing a business empire and restoring her mother’s necklace. The first quest involved helping distribute her boutique’s wares to prospective partners. 6.2 brought with it Soaring Profits, which again involved aiding her business and continuing to repair the jewelry.
As for the FFXIV Somehow Further Hildibrand Adventures, it continues the third leg of this sidequest storyline. The Hildibrand tales began in A Realm Reborn, with Further Hildibrand Adventures in Heavensward, and Even Further Hildibrand Adventures in Endwalker. Yoshida didn’t note how many quests will appear in 6.35. However, 6.15 added The Sleeping Gentleman and A Soulful Reunion, while 6.25 had Lunar Conspiracy and The Imperfect Gentleman.
Final Fantasy XIV is available for the PS4, PS5, and PC, and the 6.3 release date is January 10, 2023.
