Square Enix Shared CG Artwork of the New FFXIV Bosses

Square Enix released new CG artwork of the bosses included in the latest patch for FFXIV. The images shared by the company include characters like Nophica, Nymeia, Rubicante, and Cagnazzo, among others. Some of these renders belong to bosses introduced in a new 24-person raid, Euphrosyne. There are spoilers for new FFXIV bosses below.

Euphrosyne is the latest Alliance Raid introduced in Patch 6.3, and it is the second part of the “Myths of the Realm” series of raids. The CG artwork belonging to the latest FFXIV raid includes bosses Nophica, Althyk, Nymeia, Halone, and Menphina and Dalamud. Meanwhile, the remaining two renders belong to Rubicante and Cagnazzo, the last of the four Archfiends, which are Voidsent belonging from a different world enshrouded in darkness, and which just made their appearance in the story of FFXIV.

Along with this art, Square Enix also shared information on the music utilized in Rubicante’s boss battle. Composers Kenichi Maeyamada and Takashi Tokita arranged the music for Rubicante’s battle theme, titled “Forged in Crimson.”

Final Fantasy XIV is immediately available for the PS4, PS5, and PC. Some payment methods for the game are going to change in late February 2023. You can read all about it here.
