Spike Chunsoft revealed more about Master Detective Archives: Rain Code characters, as well as the English voice actors for the game. In addition, there will be a digital novel to go along with the game.

The trailer detailed more characters involved in Rain Code, including Yuma Kokohead and Shinigami, who were introduced in prior reveals. Their info also includes their “Forte” (a special detective-related power) and their English voice actor.

- Fubuki Clockford (Forte: Time Leap) – Xanthe Huynh (Haru in Persona 5, Sabuko and Jam in River City Girls 2)
- Melami Goldmine (Forte: Spiritism) – Lauren Landa (Annie in Attack on Titan, Kyoka Eden in Scarlet Nexus)
- Shinigami – Anjali Kunapaneni (Iseria in Trails of Cold Steel Northern War, Dori in Genshin Impact)
- Yuma Kokohead – Lucien Dodge (K1-B0 in Danganronpa V3, Waver in Fate/Zero)
- Zange Eraser (Forte: Thoughtography) – Kurt Bicknell

The Master Detective Archive: Rain Code characters trailer also lays out some details about the game’s physical editions. Purchase of both the standard edition and the Mysteriful Limited Edition will include a voucher code that gives access to a digital novel. The novel will serve as a prequel to Rain Code‘s main story. The Mysteriful Limited Edition will also include a book featuring commentary from the development team, a SteelBook case, a Shinigami plush, and a CD soundtrack.
Master Detective Archive: Rain Code will release on Nintendo Switch on June 30, 2023.
