HoYoVerse announced there will be a Honkai: Star Trail Twitch drops event. It will begin once the game launches on April 26, 2023. It also went over the steps to start earning items, noted which streams will reward items, and offered a hint as to what people can collect for watching other people play. This promotion will last about a month until May 24, 2023,
First, people need to wait until Honkai: Star Trail launches to connect their account and start getting Twitch drops. HoYoVerse noted it will offer an account linking page to perform that process, which will involve tying a HoYoVerse account to Twitch. Once you do that, all you need to do is watch streams of the game. The company didn’t specify any specific streamers or streams.
Here are some of items that will be sent to your in-game inbox after watching and claiming items at your Twitch Drops rewards inventory page, as well as what they do.
- Condensed Aether: Light Core EXP material
- Credits: In-game currency
- Lost Gold Fragment: Relic EXP material
- Stellar Jades: Premium currency
- Traveler’s Guides: Character EXP material
Honkai: Star Trail will come to the PC and mobile devices on April 26, 2023, and its Twitch drops event runs until May 24, 2023. It will eventually come to the PS4 and PS5.
