The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom Zelda, Ganondorf amiibo Announced

During the June 2023 Nintendo Direct, Zelda and Ganondorf The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom amiibo appeared. These will launch during the 2023 holiday season. That means we can probably expect to see them in stores around December 2023.

Here’s the first look at the two figures. Both the Zelda and Ganondorf amiibo are wearing their new attire from The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom. Zelda’s is an outfit she wears after people make their way a bit into the game. She’s also holding the Master Sword in her figure. With Ganondorf, we’re seeing his new “rehydrated” look after he’s fully awakened in the game.

These will be the second and third amiibo based completely on characters from this installment. When Nintendo announced the game, it also shared a Link figure. It features his arm as it shows up in the game and his new outfit.

The Legend of Zelda: Tears of the Kingdom is available for the Nintendo Switch, and the Zelda and Ganondorf amiibo figures will show up for the 2023 “holiday” season.
