Following an extended, unexplained break in activities, Cover announced Vesper Noir and Magni Dezmond will graduate from Holostars Tempus, the male branch of Hololive Vtubers. The company first noted both would step back starting on July 10, 2023. This came after both performers received new models and the Holostars Tempus HQ first anniversary was set to appear. Their official graduation date is August 31, 2023, and there will be no further streams or appearances from either one of them.
Here is Hololive’s official statement on the graduation of Vesper Noir and Magni Dezmond, which also offers details about how the Tempus members’ affairs. Exclusive member content will be able to be accessed until September 30, 2023. People can still send in fan letters until October 2, 2023. There’s still no details about why either one is graduating.

We regret to announce that two members of the VTuber group Holostars English, Magni Dezmond and Noir Vesper, will be graduating on Thursday, August 31, 2023. Please understand that the members will not be performing any further activities such as graduation streams.
Magni Dezmond and Noir Vesper have been active since the formation of Holostars English and have contributed to the growth of the group. However, in accordance with their wishes, We deeply appreciate their contributions and wish them the best in their future endeavors.
To our fans and all those involved, we understand that this sudden graduation announcement following a prolonged hiatus might be quite unexpected and distressing. Nevertheless, we are truly grateful for the warm support with which you have provided us.

As all activities were paused before this and Cover noted neither will be returning, there’s no statement from either Vtuber.
While Magni Dezmond and Vesper Noir did not issue statements, a number of the other Holostars Tempus Vtubers did. Regis Altare and Gavis Bettel both canceled streams today after Cover made the announcement. Axel Syrios also started a live stream announcement that featured all members, including Josuiji Shinri, Banzoin Hakka, and Machina x Flayon, sharing their comments on the situation.

Both Vesper Noir and Magni Dezmond both debuted in July 2022, which means they will graduate after about a year of performing.
