Good news, you don’t need to import Arcana Heart! Atlus announced they picked up Examu’s fighting game and they are bringing it to North America on April 8. The price tag is only $29.99, a bargain compared to what Japan had to pay for it.
I mentioned before that I played Arcana Heart, but not enough to get a deep feel to it. The customization system allows players to choose from eleven girls and eleven arcana for a total of 121 combinations. Adding to that number is the option to pick characters from the original arcade release or from the “full” patch. That is a lot of options for a 2D fighting game! Check out how some of them work in the North American trailer posted past the break.
Side note: AQ Interactive published this in Japan and they have a stake in XSeed Games. Out of all the localization companies I imagined XSeed would bring this over.
