Previously, Square Enix announced that cosmetics will appear in Final Fantasy VII Ever Crisis. Due to the amount of players pre-registering for the mobile game, we will all receive one free Gear Ticket to get a unique cosmetic of our choosing. While this outfit can also be used as gear, you can wear it as a skin of sorts to dress your favorite characters to the nines. This guide will explain how to use the Gear Ticket in order to receive a unique cosmetic outfit and 3-Star weapon in FFVII Ever Crisis.
How to Use the Gear Exchange Ticket in FFVII Ever Crisis
First, the Gear Exchange Ticket must be obtained through redeeming your pre-registration rewards. Once you have done this, tap the three horizontal lines on the upper righthand corner of the screen to bring up the Menu. You will see the “Exchange” option. Tap this to be brought to the window to exchange your Gear Exchange Ticket to receive a unique cosmetic for a character of your choosing. These outfits also come with a free 3-Star weapon for the character associated with each outfit as well.

Players can use the Gear Exchange Ticket to redeem the following outfits and weapons:
- Battlefiend Garb & 3-Star Organics (Cloud)
- Fiery Cape & 3-Star Flame Projector (Barret)
- Metalfoot & 3-Star Motor Drive (Tifa)
- Valiant Suit & 3-Star Arc Sword (Zack)
- Rosy Battle Suit & 3-Star Striking Staff (Aerith)
- Rubber Harnesss & 3-Star Rubber Collar (Red XIII)
- Cake Breaker & 3-Star Piece of Cake (Glenn)
- Elite Uniform & Espee Rapiere Next-G (Matt)
- Black Stealth & 3-Star Black Rifle (Lucia)
Please keep in mind that you will only receive one Gear Exchange Ticket as part of pre-registration rewards for FFVII Ever Crisis. This means that once you use it, you will not be able to get a second outfit for a character for free. So you may want to use this on your favorite character, or consider what benefit each weapon can bring to your party in the early game.
