Here’s the full Avantgardey America’s Got Talent performance set to the Yoasobi Oshi no Ko theme song “Idol.” It began with them performing to the Japanese version of the track. Around the midway point, the mashup switched to the English version. The dance number included references to the anime and Ai Hoshino, as the dancers highlighted their eyes with their hands as Ai does in the show and they formed a star and heart as they danced.

According to the Avantgardey official site, there are 19 members in the group. Akane Kikaku started the group. In the past, they also appeared on Japan’s Got Talent. The video of the performance from there is from February 2023.

The finals of America’s Got Talent 2023 will air on September 27, 2023. Avantgardey will be among the performers competiting for the title this year.
