Etrian Odyssey III has a class system too and, if you want more options, a subclass system where you can blend a princess and a farmer.
Your hybrid character could have princess as a base and some party buffing farmer abilities. Farmers have skills like “Horseplay” which passes time without moving and the experience point boosting “Earth’s Bounty.” The catch is each base class also has a few skills you can’t transfer. Take “Royal Lineage” as an example. This TP recovering ability is only available to the prince and princess. Agrarian types without the mark of royalty can’t use the skill.

It’s princess and wilder (aka beast king in Japan), in other words Princess Mononoke.
