Ace Attorney Anime’s Season 2 Announced, Set To Premiere In Japan In Fall 2018

Capcom announced that the Ace Attorney anime that saw its first season by A-1 Pictures run from April to September 2016 will get a second season that continues where it left off this fall in Japan.

 

The new season, titled Gyakuten Saiban: Sono “Shinjitsu”, Igiari! ~ Season 2 will once again get an animation by A-1 Pictures. It’ll feature protagonist Phoenix Wright, Phoenix’s boss and mentor Mia fey, assistant Maya Fey, rival prosecutor Miles Edgeworth, and several other familiar characters like the senior defense lawyer Godot shown in the new image.

 

Series creator and director Shu Takumi will once again fully cooperate in the production of the Ace Attorney anime’s second season. The producer is Koji Nagai along with director Ayumu Watanabe. Keiko Ohta is the character designer and chief animation director, and Kaoru Wada will handle the music.

 

Ace Attorney’s TV anime season 2 is expected to premiere this fall on Yomiuri TV.
