Capcom has set a court date for Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney: Spirit of Justice. The Nintendo 3DS game will arrive on the eShop on September 8, 2016, allowing people in North America and Europe to pay $29.99/£24.99/€29.99 for Phoenix Wright and Apollo Justice’s latest courtroom escapades.

Ahead of that, however, a Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney: Spirit of Justice demo will be released on August 25, 2016. In it, players can help Phoenix defend his tour guide in a Kingdom of Khura’in courtroom case, allowing people their first opportunity to sample Séance Trials and Divination Séances.

A new Phoenix Wright: Ace Attorney: Spirit of Justice trailer has also been released. In this video, Phoenix uses his Magatama to unlock the truth about situations, Apollo’s Bracelet shows when people are hiding something, Athena has a Mood Matrix that can show a person’s true feelings, Emma uses forensic investigations to find clues, and Rayfa conducts Divination Séances to see what happened to someone before they died. Each skill is needed to help find the truth in every trial.
