Namco Bandai Games Europe announced Ace Combat Joint Assault and has it slated this summer.

Update: Namco Bandai Games America sent a different and more informative press release. Ace Combat Joint Assault has 40+ licensed jets, ad-hoc, and infrastructure (read: online) support.
