Akiba’s Beat Trailer Shows Its Characters, Gameplay, And Theme Song By ClariS

Acquire released the newest trailer for their upcoming PS4 and PS Vita action RPG, Akiba’s Beat. The video shows off its main characters, gameplay footage, and main theme “again” by ClariS.

The video starts out with a look at the game’s key characters which you can read more about here and here. We get to see some more dungeon exploration inside the Palace of Delusions, and its battle system that features the “Imagine” system, which allows you to use music with headphones for power ups. Each character gets their own unique themes that are briefly showcased in the trailer as well.

Akiba’s Beat will release in Japan on October 13, 2016 for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita. You can check out more character introductions with the protagonist Asahi Tachibana, the always-smiling happy idol Riyu Momose, the “chuuni” cool kid Yamato Hongo, the innocent day dreamer Saki Hoshino, the arrogant but lonely Kotomi Sanada, and the cool and mature Reiji Shinomiya.
