Alan Wake Rises In May, Limited Edition Packaged In A Book

imageMicrosoft announced Alan Wake back in E3 2005 and it will finally be ready on May 18. That makes Alan Wake’s announcement to store time longer than Final Fantasy XIII’s.

Remedy and Microsoft are rolling out Alan Wake with lots of bonus items. Pre-order the game to get a Bright Falls bonus pack which contains avatar items, a dashboard theme, and making of video.

If that isn’t enough there’s also a collector’s edition slated for North America and Europe. This three disc package contains behind the scenes footage, the soundtrack, a book tilted “The Alan Wake Files”, and game wrapped to look like a hardcover novel.

A neat looking limited edition for North America and Europe? Recently, we’ve been missing out on those with Heavy Rain, Bayonetta, Final Fantasy XIII
