Alien Confidential Is Breakdown Artist Masataka Shimono’s New Game

Back on the Xbox, Namco released a creative first person puncher called Breakdown where everything (even eating hamburgers!) was done in the first person perspective. Masataka Shimono was Breakdown’s art director. Now, Shimono is the director of Alien Confidential, an upcoming game where you play as an alien hunter.

Alien Confidential is a project from Namco Bandai’s ShiftyLook division. This group delved into Namco’s arcade archives and resurrected properties like Sky Kid and Bravoman. Alien Confidential will be ShiftyLook’s first original project and it’s a game plus a webcomic. Cryptozoic Entertainment is handling the comic side while the Alien Confidential iOS game is being made inside Namco Bandai Japan.
