Benjamin Rivers, the creator of lo-fi horror game Home, has released a new trailer for his sci-fi adventure game Alone With You. It’s due to come out for PlayStation 4 and PlayStation Vita in spring 2016.

It has you going on over 12 missions in order to get the items and info you need to escape a doomed terraforming colony. You’ll have an AI companion that will act as a tour guide and also ask you questions – it’s implied that your answers will affect the direction of the story.

Alone With You also has an unusual romance element to it. You’ll meet four characters on your journey, all of whom are dead, and so you end up speaking with them through a holo-sim chamber. You’re able to learn more about their personal lives as well as the disaster.

“You don’t manage stats, and you don’t need to grind extracurricular activities to try to make time with your favorite people,” Rivers says about the romancing in the game. “As you play, you’ll get to know all four of these important colonists — but at times, you’ll also choose to spend some extra processing cycles with whoever most catches your fancy.”
