Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer, the upcoming spin-off title for the Nintendo 3DS, is getting a lot of extra goodies in Japan, Nintendo announced in their latest Direct presentation.

 

In Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer, players will get to design and furnish homes using the Amiibo Cards. The spinoff title won’t be about making village, but rather, customizing homes for the villagers, this time around, by interacting with them and meeting their demands.

Starting with the biggest goodie for the game, is the Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer limited edition New Nintendo 3DS XL that will sell for 22,000 yen in Japan on July 30th. It will include the digital game as well.

For regular New Nintendo 3DS users in Japan, the game is also getting a faceplate for 2,000 yen plus tax.

Additionally, those who wish to get the game without owning or having to purchase a New Nintendo 3DS to take advantage of its Amiibo Cards, the game will release in Japan alongside the NFC Reader device on July 30, 2015.

 

Animal Crossing: Happy Home Designer will release in North America in Q4 2015. Plans for the game’s American launch have not yet been announced.
