Takara Tomy announced it will offer a line of Animal Crossing personal marker character charms that can be used as accessories or keychains in August 2026. It will be a random draw, with each try costing 300 yen (~$2). Eight styles will be available. It’s unknown if we’ll see them worldwide eventually, though other similar sorts of charms and keychains appeared on Amazon in the past.

Each of the Animal Crossing personal marker charms from this collection involve a small charm of a character with a lobster claw hook at the top, a metal hoop at the base so you could create a “chain” of characters, and a stretchy, translucent ring that you could use to fasten it onto a water bottle to designate it as yours. Each one of the characters is about an inch tall (2.5cm).

An official photo showed what we can expect from them when they launch. In the top row, from left to right, you can see Isabelle, Timmy/Tommy, KK Slider, and Rosie the cat. In the bottom row, from left to right, there’s Hamlet the hamster, Sally the squirrel, a Snowman, and a Gyroid.

We did see other Animal Crossing keychains and accessories based on characters show up earlier in 2026. Back in May 2026, a new All Star Collection showed up and focused on different villagers from the series. Among them were folks like Dom and Marshal.

The Animal Crossing personal marker charms of eight different characters from the series will show up in Japanese capsule machines in August 2026. We’ll have to wait and see if they show up worldwide eventually. The most recent entry in the series is Animal Crossing: New Horizons for the Switch and Switch 2.
