Things still aren’t going smoothly when it comes to The Legend of Heroes: Trails of Cold Steel and PSN issues. There are still people who went with a digital copy and can’t access the game. However, in this case, it’s building on the existing issue and causing further problems for people who thought getting a refund and buying it again would help. NIS America is asking for people affected to contact the company.
The problem first hit people who pre-ordered the game. Instead of pre-loading as usual, Trails of Cold Steel IV PSN issues kept people from downloading a game they rightfully owned. They could even see the game in their libraries, but wouldn’t be able to play it. On October 28, 2020, the issue was resolved, but some people who chose to refund it and buy it again still couldn’t play the game.
NIS America asked people to supply information about their issues in a brief Google Docs survey. People need to say if they asked for a refund, then bought the RPG digitally again. Then, they have to provide their PSN ID and Trails of Cold Steel IV PSN order ID.
Here’s NIS America’s tweet.
This lockout issue is specifically for users who've refunded their digital preorder and repurchased it. Please submit your info at the link below, and check that all info is correct before submitting: (https://t.co/wrhMJHcrAb)
