Antariksha Sanchar : Transmissions in Space is a speculative sci-fi adventure game that uses the culture and history of South India to influence its every aspect.
Antariksha Sanchar stars a young mathematician who is learning to make sense of the cosmos. This character is inspired by Srinivasa Ramanujan, a self-trained Indian mathematician. The game’s other protagonist is inspired by Jayalakshmi Eshwar, a famous Indian classical dancer.
The game will also feature authentic music from Carnatic musicians, as well as electronic music from Indian musicians.
Antariksha Sanchar will feature point-and-click gameplay. A demo will be available in August of this year, and the developers are currently seeking votes on Steam Greenlight.
