Arknights PC Version Arrives in August, New Side Story Out This Week

The PC Arknights version will appear after the First of a Thousand Autumns Side Story event ends in August 2026.

Yostar shared details about the Arknights First of a Thousand Autumns Side Story event and PC port. The former starts this week on July 16, 2026, with new characters like the limited six-star Operators Wang and Ch’en the Dawnstreak on a banner and five-star Bonus Operator Ju via Proofreading of the Past missions during the event. Then, after this event ends on August 13, 2026, we’ll see the PC version of the game arrive that day.

In the case of the Arknights First of a Thousand Autumns Side Story event, it is split into three phases. The first will be available immediately starting on July 16, 2026, but the second arrives on July 23, 2026 and third on July 30, 2026. The Proofreading of the Past missions feature Ju and Pavilion Reception Hall furniture as rewards, with the character’s Token being a reward from the Sky Mirror Teahouse.

In terms of characters, two banners and some Outfit Store costumes were mentioned. One runs July 14-28, 2026, and that features the six-stars Archetto and Nightingale. The five-stars GreyThroat, Iris, and Manticore will be there too. The following banner that runs July 16-30, 2026 will feature the aforementioned six-stars Wang and Ch’en the Dawnstreak and five-stars Taraxacum. If someone pulls 300 times on that banner, they get Wang as a bonus gift. In terms of character skins, the 0011 Collection adds Dusk’s Hazy Jade, Ling’s A Gallant Dream, Philae’s An Opera of Flowers, Surfer’s By the Lamplight, and Yu’s Clear Morning View.

Finally, details about the PC version of Arknights are still slim. We don’t know if it will be on Epic Games Store or Steam or if it will just be a standalone client. We only know that after the First of a Thousand Autumns Side Story event ends, after maintenance there will be an additional platform available.

Arknights is available for Android and iOS mobile devices and will come to the PC on August 13, 2026. Its First of a Thousand Autumns Side Story event runs between July 16, 2026 and August 13, 2026.
