To add to that, we have a 3D model from the game.

An ex-artist from Electronic Arts Montreal leaked this building in his portfolio with the heading "London 1888," the year that the Whitechapel murders took place. Under closer inspection the file name for this 2009 model is "09_RipperBuilding3.jpg" which gives away the building is from The Ripper. Inside his resume, the artist lists a TBA title for 2010-2011 title, which could be The Ripper.

Electronic Arts Montreal also pitched a Desertscape game back in 2007. This project was ultimately cancelled and EA Montreal employees moved on to Boogie Superstar and Need for Speed Nitro.
