A new Assault Suit Leynos game is being developed for PlayStation 4. It won’t come out until later this year, but if you have a PlayStation Network account registered in Japan you can try the side scrolling mecha shooter out.
The Assault Suit Leynos demo has three modes. Arcade Mode is designed for beginners and has two stages, stage 1 and stage 2. Classic Mode has relentless enemies and giant battleships, just like fans of the Sega Genesis game would expect. Players can try stage 1 and stage 4 in Classic Mode. Challenge Mode lets players try stages in either Arcade Mode or Classic Mode.
The Assault Suit Leynos demo will be available on June 12.
