Atelier Lydie & Suelle Goes Over Its Ambitions Journal And Enhancing Agents

Recommended Videos

Atelier Lydie & Suelle: The Alchemists and the Mysterious Paintings, is like each installment in that it introduces new concepts and features. In Koei Tecmo’s latest update on the game, it talks about the new Ambitions Journal and Enhancing Agents Lydie and Suelle will use.

The Ambitions Journal is basically a tasks list. It shows the things the two need to do to become accomplished alchemists. This involves performing alchemy, taking part in battles, getting to know other characters and synthesizing things. Important Quests unlock as Ambitions Journal tasks are completed, improving the Atelier Rank and letting them take Promotion Tests and discover more paintings.

The Enhancing Agents are items used with the Synthesis System. These offer different synthesis panel effects. There are Change Agents to change the color of tiles to an agent, Color Adjacent Agents to make tiles match the colors of those next to it, Connect Agents to change diagonal, horizontal and vertical tiles in a row and Color All Agents that makes them all the color of the agent. All of these can help improve item properties.

A new Atelier Lydie & Suelle: The Alchemists and the Mysterious Paintings has also received a new trailer. The four minute video looks at the Promotion Test the young women will take to improve their reputation. The one mentioned here involves gathering monster eggs.
