Gust announced during a special event for Atelier Lydie & Suelle that the RPG title will receive a demo with carryover save data in Japan on December 15, 2017 for PlayStation 4.
The demo will let you play up to the second chapter of the main scenario. Here are the differences from the demo and full version:
- Character events, sub-events, and such that aren’t part of the main event won’t take place.
- Battle level, synthesis levels capped at level 10.
- Can’t change BGM.
- Can’t change costumes.
- Can’t cross-save load.
Atelier Lydie & Suelle: The Alchemists and the Mysterious Paintings releases in Japan on December 21 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, and Nintendo Switch. The game releases in North America and Europe,in early 2018 alongside a PC release.
