Atlus Anniversary Fes Features Metaphor and SMT V Demos

One of the main highlights of the event will be the appearance of playable physical demo builds for Atlus’ two upcoming games: Metaphor: ReFantazio and Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance. The event will also feature game art exhibits, talk show stages, and merchandise booths.

In the Japanese press release, Atlus included a reminder that the original company was established in 1986. However, it did not mention the fact that would link directly to the celebration of the Atlus brand’s 35th anniversary in 2024. Atlus released Puzzle Boy for Nintendo’s Game Boy in Japan in 1989 as the first-ever title published under its own brand. The classic game was also known internationally as Kwirk, although other publishers handled it outside Japan.

Shin Megami Tensei V: Vengeance will be available for Nintendo Switch, PS5, PS4, Xbox Series X, Xbox One, and PC on June 14, 2024. Meanwhile, Metaphor: ReFantazio will appear on Xbox Series X, PS5, PS4, and PC on October 11, 2024. Physical demos for both games will be available at Atlus Fes, which will take place at Belle Salle Akihabara in Tokyo, Japan, on June 8-9, 2024.
