Atlus Brings Devils To The Nintendo DS

The Devil Survivor trademark I discovered back in September is being used by Atlus for an upcoming Nintendo DS game. Marketing departments in Japan just  love making subtitles that can be abbreviated DS. Aside from the platform and the concrete evidence the game exists we don’t know much about Devil Survivor. Similar to the marketing campaign for Devil Summoner: Raidou Kuzunoha vs. King Abaddon Atlus placed a teaser ad in Famitsu explaining the game will be revealed in seven days.

Hmm… the logo gives us one more piece of information. Devil Summoner isn’t a Shin Megami Tensei game. The kanji is too blurry to make out for certain, but it might be Megami Ibunroku: Devil Summoner. Huh? Megami Ibunroku? That’s the text Atlus used to headline the first Persona game in Japan.
