Atlus Introduces Persona 5’s Haru Okumura

Another Phantom Thief has been unmasked. This time, Atlus’ new videos are focusing on Persona 5’s Haru Okumura, voiced by Xanthe Huynh. One of the older members of the group, Haru doesn’t seem like the type of person who would want or need to rebel, but we quickly learn the life of a rich girl isn’t as pleasant as it may seem.

While Haru comes from an affluent background, it’s taken a toll on her. Because she’s in the position that she’s in, she’s been forced to do what’s expected of her. As Noir, she joins the Phantom Thieves and makes good use of her Persona, Milady.

As usual, this Persona 5 character introduction is accompanied by an interview. Atlus’ PR Manager, John Hardin, spoke with Huynh about Haru and her role in the game.

Persona 5 introductions have been released for the protagonist, Ann, Ryuji, Morgana, Makoto, Yusuke, and Futaba.

Persona 5 will come to the PlayStation 3 and PlayStation 4 in North America and Europe on April 4, 2017. It is immediately available in Japan.
