Some new artwork launched alongside the event announcement. The promotional designs feature major characters Eren, Levi, Jean, and Erwin swimming under the ocean. Chibi versions of Eren, Levi, Mikasa, and Armin with animals can also be seen. Eren appears to be pictured with a capybara. Levi is posing with his arms-crossed and a sloth nearby. Mikasa is matching a nearby flamingo’s pose. Armin is cheering on a tortoise. These designs are expected to appear on the new Attack on Titan merchandise.

As a reminder, 2023 marks the 10th anniversary of the first episode of the Attack on Titan anime airing. After an eleven year run, the manga completed its final chapter in 2021.

The Kawasui Kawasaki Aquarium collaboration with Attack on Titan will run from October 13, 2023 to January 8, 2024 in Kawasaki, Japan. Merchandise will be available for purchase and more details will be introduced at a later date.
