Attack on Titan 2’s New Predator Mode Is An Online Human-Eating Contest With Up To 4 Titans

Attack on Titan 2 releases tomorrow in Japan and Koei Tecmo had more to share for the game including its opening video and some info on a new “Predator Mode” that will be added to the game.

 

First, here’s a look at the opening video.

The new online mode, “Predator Mode,” will launch in Japan in a March 29 update. In this mode, up to four players will play as Titans in a battle royale to see who can devour the most humans. The humans side will have the likes of Eren and Levi defending, so you’ll need to put your Titan skills to use in the forbidden mode that makes you the enemy of mankind.

 

DLC will arrive in waves for Japan on March 22, March 29, April, 5, and April 12. Koei Tecmo says they’re testing out other new content to add to the game, so keep an eye out for more info. Attack on Titan 2 releases in Japan on March 15, 2018 for PlayStation 4, PlayStation Vita, Nintendo Switch, and PC. The game releases in North America and Europe on March 20 for PlayStation 4, Xbox One, Nintendo Switch, and PC.
