Beastars Season 2 Trailer Teases the New Opening Theme by YOASOBI

Beastars Season 2 Opening Theme trailer

Fuji TV has released a new trailer for Beastars Season 2 that teases the new opening theme song “Kaibutsu” by YOASOBI.

It’s worth noting that the trailer contains spoilers, so if you haven’t caught up with the first season, I’d suggest doing that first (Seriously, watch it!). The rest of you, check out the Beastars Season 2 trailer from Toho Animation below:

The new Beastars Season 2 opening theme song kicks in around halfway into the trailer. In case you were wondering, the title, “Kaibutsu,” means “monster,” and it appears to be a theme in the new season based on the personal struggles Legoshi faces. Many of the quotes from Legoshi appear to be directed to his upperclassman, Louis, who is evidently still missing after the first season’s events.
