Beautiful Katamari rolling up cash with downloadable content

Each downloadable level in Beautiful Katamari rings in at 200 Microsoft Points ($2.50). Four of the pay-per-play stages are now available in Japan (three for Asia), three more are coming out next week. On the plus side, the add on stages are more creative than the roll everything up in X minutes levels found in Beautiful Katamari. One of them has players search for string and another has the tiny prince roll up cheap items. There are some neat concepts for Katamari fans here, but I’m not entirely keen on paying for each level. I wish Namco Bandai had a discounted pack with the four stages or better yet included more levels on the actual disc.
