Paying tribute to the gods by performing Service in their temples in Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave is critical given that action unlocks Blessings you can use in battles via Divine Sand. That offers various boons that increase survivability or ensure your success. While all of them can be useful in certain situations, there a few Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave Blessings that are the absolute best in every situation.
To make this all easier, I’m going through all of them in list-form. I also won’t be referencing Fortuna’s Blessing, since we all know the “Revisit your actions on a map” action that lets you rewind so you can prevent something bad from happening or losing will always be handy.
So here are the Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave Blessings I consider the absolute best in the game. As such, you should make sure you get the gods tied to them to level three via service. These are only in alphabetical order and not in order of importance, but I mean they also are sort of that too.
- Aurora: Her Blessings are helpful both early on, but especially once you get to Part 3. The level one option halves all physical damage for your army for a turn. The level two one involves halved magical damage. Level three? No more Underworld Boons for baddies for a turn. Get that level maxed out by the time you reach the end.
- Kalla: The Blessings you get from Kalla in Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave are best when it comes to covering ground without hopefully taking too much damage. Her most basic one is the the great “grants Avo+50 for 1 turn” at level one. That helps so much with keeping from getting hit. Level two boosts speed by +5 for a turn. That’s fine, but not as great as the other two. The third level Blessing is “Grants Mov +2 for 1 turn,” which helps with getting people to foes or to safety.
- Mars: With this Blessing, I find it is best to get it to level two in Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave. You don’t need to max it out, though that perk is handy too. But the important two parts are the level one and two boons. The first Blessing effect is you get +50 Hit for any physical attacks for a turn. This can make a big difference for archers or folks with axes. But the really great one here is the level two bonus. For one turn, whenever one of your characters defeats an enemy, they will be healed. There is also a +5 strength boost for a turn at level three, which can be handy, but the HP restoration is the big perk here.
To raise those levels, you need to perform Service at the temples tied to the gods in Part 1. Two characters take part at a time, and it uses up one Motivation for each. (It can also increase the Support levels between them.) Once you hit Part 2, the Group Service option lets you level that up.
Fire Emblem: Fortune’s Weave is available on the Switch 2.
