If you’re lucky enough to get Bailu as a character in Honkai: Star Rail (like I did), then you basically get a fantastic healer that’s easy to find the best Relic set and Light Cones for. Of course, a part of this is because the game is so new. There’s really only one group of Relics that suits her. With Light Cones, any one that improves her healing powers works!

What are the best Light Cones for a Bailu build in Honkai: Star Rail?

The easiest Light Cone to get for Bailu is Cornucopia. It’s a common three-star you can get in the gacha. It isn’t exceptionally strong, but it increases her Outgoing Healing by at least 12% after she uses a Skill or Ultimate, which is perfect for her.

If you’re lucky enough to get it in the gacha, the four-star Shared Feeling is perfect for her as well. (Even though, well, it’s meant for Natasha.) Whenever Bailu would heal when this one is equipped, she’d regenerate at least two energy for everyone in the party and her Outgoing Healing increases by 10% each time she uses her Skill. This is the one I ended up getting and can attest works wonderfully.

The ideal Light Cone for Bailu in Honkai: Star Rail for an optimal built is Time Waits for No One. This is a five-star one basically built for her. Her healing is based on her health. Well, this boosts her max health by at least 18%. It also increases her Outgoing Healing by at least 12%. Any healed ally also deals at least 36% of the Outgoing Healing they received from Bailu as additional damage to an enemy once after being healed.

What is the best Relic set for a Bailu build in Honkai: Star Rail?

There’s really only one four-piece Relic Set to consider for Bailu in Honkai: Star Rail: Passerby of Wandering Cloud. With two pieces, there’s 10% more Outgoing Healing. With all four, Bailu gets one Skill Point when the battle begins. Make sure they all have HP-boosting elements, if you can, as her healing capabilities for both her Singing Among Clouds Skill and Leap of Marsh Drakon Ultimate are based upon her maximum health. You can get it from the Cavern of Corrosion: Path of Drifting at Corridor of Fading Echoes on Jarilo-VI or weekly bosses.

Honkai: Star Rail is available for PCs and mobile devices, and PS4 and PS5 versions are in development.
