Best Teams For Aglaea in Honkai: Star Rail Give Her Energy

Aglaea, a 5-star Lightning Remembrance character in Honkai: Star Rail, is a very powerful and aggressive attacker who relies on her Memosprite to slice through hordes of enemies. As such, you should put her on teams that can improve the performance of her Memosprite, the Garmentmaker.

Aglaea works like your typical DPS—she wants stats like ATK, Crit Rate, Crit DMG, and SPD. So characters like Fugue (Break) and Jade (follow-up attack) don’t work too well with her kit. Another thing to keep in mind is that you want to activate Aglaea’s Ultimate as soon as possible so she can enter the “Supreme Stance” state, as well as let her maintain it. To do so, she needs to use her Ultimate again. So when pairing Aglaea up with support characters, you want units who can not only help restore her Energy, but also give her more turns to make the most of her “Supreme Stance” state.

Here are the Best Teams for Aglaea in Honkai: Star Rail

  • Aglaea | Sunday | Robin | Huohuo
This is, as of Version 3.0, the strongest team you can put Aglaea on. She fills the DPS niche in this hyper-carry comp, with Sunday and Robin supporting her. Huohuo is obviously the sustain, and she’s the best option among them all because her Ultimate can restore Energy. Sunday, too, is fantastic for his powerful buffs, as well as the Energy Regeneration from his Ultimate.

Robin is the best choice for a secondary support, as her Ultimate pairs well with Aglaea and Garmentmaker’s aggressive play style. However, if you don’t have Robin or want to use her on another team in modes like Memory of Chaos, you can replace her with a lot of different supports. Aglaea works well with universal supports like Ruan Mei, Bronya, Tingyun, and Remembrance Trailblazer. Because she’s so SP-positive, only ever needing her Basic Attack, you can place her with Harmony units who need to use their Skill every turn (like Bronya).
  • Aglaea | Remembrance Trailblazer | Asta | Gallagher
This is a great F2P team for people who have Aglaea, but don’t have the more premium options. Remembrance Trailblazer can increase her Crit DMG, True DMG, and Advance Forward her turns. As well, at E2, Remembrance Trailblazer recovers Energy whenever a Memosprite other than Mem takes action. This pairs really well with Aglaea’s Garmentmaker, since they should have high SPD. Asta can also help provide a SPD boost with her Ultimate.

Gallagher is a good sustain option, but you can also use characters like Natasha or Lynx. Since Huohuo is the best sustain for Aglaea thanks to her Ultimate, everyone else is kind of just okay. Unlike characters such as Blade (who wants to take damage), Aglaea’s not limited to a particular sustain Path, so you can choose based on who you have and who you’ve built.
  • Aglaea | Bronya | Tingyun | Huohuo
This is similar to the above F2P team, but for people who have some premium options. Normally, Bronya can be hard to use, as she and the DPS are usually fighting for Skill Points. However, Aglaea only wants to use her Basic Attack, and both Tingyun and Huohuo have a turn or three to help you recover your SP. This means that Bronya is free to buff Aglaea every turn she gets. In this team, you really should keep Tingyun, as Huohuo on her own isn’t enough to meet Aglaea’s ridiculous Energy requirements for her Ultimate.

As a reminder, the Memosprite is a separate unit from Aglaea. So Bronya should focus on Advance Forwarding her turn when Aglaea is in her “Supreme Stance” state. While Bronya can kind of give you the Sunday Experience, she really can’t quite compare to him.

Honkai: Star Rail is readily available on the PS5, Windows PC, and mobile devices. You can only pull for Aglaea when the “Tailored Fate” banner is active.
