How to Move Visitors to Your Island

Every so often, you will get a visitor to the island. When this happens, you will have the opportunity to have that person move in permanently. That said, the process of doing so is a bit tedious and time-consuming. What you have to do is ensure you have five stars in your rating with that particular visitor before they will join.

To get the star rating up for that particular visitor, you need to complete various requests that they give to you. In addition to that, you will want to decorate the island with cabins that are more akin to that particular character’s preferred style. Do both of these and you will get to five stars. At this point, speak with the NPC and they will ask to move in permanently.
