Producer Kei Yamamoto said they selected Billy for The King of Fighters XIII because he’s popular, his fighting style, and he’s balanced when paired with other characters. Also, players will be able to make a Fatal Fury dream team with Billy, Hwa, and Raiden.
The King of Fighters XIII comes out on October 25 in North America and October 27 in Japan.
