The BioShock series is turning 10 years old, and 2K Games is celebrating with an array of various editions and events. This means a $200 special edition of BioShock: The Collection, a PAX West 2017 celebration, and a YouTube channel.
The BioShock 10th Anniversary Collector’s Edition is the GameStop and 2K Store limited release that costs $199.99. This includes a copy of BioShock: The Collection and a 11” Big Daddy and Little Sister statue. The statue’s Big Daddy has a motorized drill, lights up, and makes sounds. It is only available in North America for the PlayStation 4 and Xbox One. A sale is planned for BioShock: The Collection as well, but the official blog post does not yet share the price and stores have yet to update.
The BioShock 10th Anniversary: Return to Rapture PAX West 2017 celebration will be taking place on September 2, 2017 at 9pm PT-12 am PT. The event will be held at The Great Hall at Union Station in Seattle, Washington and registration is free via Eventbrite. You do not need a PAX West badge to attend.
