In addition, there’s a temporary promotion available for Black Butler. Until April 16, 2024, digital copies of volume 1 through 14 are free to read. That means you should be able to go through the series up to chapter 67 for free. (The chapters are exclusive to the Android and Apple iOS app.) All volumes up through 18 are available with Vault Pass. As a reminder, the most recent volume released was 33.

As a reminder, there’s another way to see Black Butler’s continuing story. Crunchyroll announced that the Public School Arc of the anime adaptation will be streaming on the service starting on April 13, 2024. Past seasons and arcs are also available on the service

The Black Butler manga is now in English on the Manga Up service, with certain volumes free to read until April 16, 2024. Physical copies of the series are handled by Yen Press outside Japan, though Square Enix is responsible for it in Japan. You can watch the anime on Crunchyroll.
